The Challenge
When Cameo approached us, they were riding an incredible wave of growth. It was the kind of problem you want to have, but a challenge nonetheless. Their team was expanding rapidly, and amidst this growth, ensuring that everyone – from new hires to onboarded talent – truly understood the essence of Cameo's spirit was becoming increasingly difficult. They needed a way to keep their brand's soul alive and well, even in the midst of hectic scaling.
The Awakening
Recognizing the need for a solid foundation amidst the whirlwind of growth, we proposed a holistic approach to reinvigorate Cameo's brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity. Over the course of three quarters, we rolled up our sleeves and worked closely with Cameo's in-house team.
Our goal was clear: to ensure that every person at Cameo didn't only know the brand's values but lived them daily.
