Cameo

Deliverables

  • Brand Strategy
  • Internal Culture
  • Brand Campaigns
  • Motion Graphics

Project Brief:

As one of the fastest growing startups in America, Cameo was experiencing the all-too-common identity crises that fast paced companies experience. Needing to hire faster than they could keep up with, internal culture and brand standards became muddy.

We flew to Chicago to meet with their C-suite for a strategy deep dive, and were able to help articulate new language. We built new Brand Guidelines for their internal marketing team, as well as standards for copywriting and messaging.

Cameo is now valued at $1B and is voted one of Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers in 2022.

Emery came to Cameo in our early days for a brand strategy sprint, and helped us define language around who we were, what we were doing, and why it mattered. Those early conversations were essential to building the internal culture and vibe we have today.

Rich Roll Enterprises

Deliverables

  • Brand Strategy
  • Visual Identity
  • Web Design & Development
  • Apparel Design

Project Brief:

Rich and his team needed a new digital home for one of the world’s most popular podcasts. Their website had become tired and inflexible over the years. They needed a fresh, fluid website with eCommerce capabilities and dependable structure for their 600+ episode pages.

We took the opportunity to craft a new visual identity, with colors and typography that reflected Rich’s personality and positioning.

Deep gratitude for everything the Emery team has added to our work and our lives! Much love.

Smyth Cannabis

Deliverables

  • Brand Strategy
  • Visual Identity
  • Web Design & Development

Project Brief:

The Smyth team had done all the legwork to launch a recreational cannabis company in Massachusetts—licensing, setting up a cultivation facility, setting standards for their high-quality flower—but had yet to design the visual aspects of their brand.

We pressed into the culture of Lowell, MA where they’re headquartered and designed this iconic identity. Smyth is now one of the most popular cannabis brands in Massachusetts.

Emery helped us at Smyth define the core principles of who we were as a company, and what kind of company we wanted to be in our new emerging market. We fall back on those core principles everyday to help guide us in all of our branding and business decisions. Their guidance was direct, impactful, and was a natural fit with our vision.
